So I was playing mostly on bronze so I needed to use my rockets 1-2 times in a match, and a lot of times the job was done for me.
Because of that, I got 22 rockets stacked up.
When I leveled up enough I switched to silver and with all the atlas' I had to always use 2 rockets.
After a few matches I was down from 22 to 3 rockets.
I opened 3 veteran packs and 5 recruit packs and didn't get a single rocket.
I think that Veteran packs should have a 100% chanse to have rockets because they are so damn important on silver and gold.

one tip: don't use them until all your teammates are dead. always let your teammates do it

Bronze is fairly easy to win without any rockets, and you get ~16k per match and they can be done in 15 minutes, so I would suggest using those to 'top up'.

Personally, I've had more problems with medigel.  But I'm more or less OK now I'm getting wins on the harder difficulties.

Even on Silver there is no point in wasting your rockets unless it is a life saver... let's say that this Atlas is stomping around that little space where you are hacking for instance. Either way just kill these things the regular way.

I play Gold and Silver almost exclusively now that my only class that is less than Level 10 is my Soldier and I have 33 Rockets built up. I have 0 Medi-Ge, about 4 Ops Survival Packs and 45 Thermal Clip Packs... The only things I use often are Medi-Gels and Survival Packs and the only time i use Rockets is when I can get a Double ATLAS kill (people think your awesome when you do that), during an objective wave (like having to kill an ATLAS as one of the 4 enemies or Hacking) or when I feel overwhelmed by ATLAS and Phantoms.

Granted most of the time I wouldn't HAVE to kill tehy ATLAS during the objectives but it just makes it much easier and-in some cases-provides a higher amount of creds due to the time bonus. With a good team you shouldn't fee; pverwhelmed until Hacking Missions and Extraction as they will usally cover all flank and it is very rare to see several ATLAS crowded together though it does happena nd nets you a nice few thosuand xp.

Well I got an Atlas quad with a rocket, my whole team scream through their mics saying "that was awesome!".

Agreed.  I have 52 rockets because of this.  I sometimes get away with not using them even on gold.

lol Tr-tr-tr-TRIPLE post!

Also I have like 50+ rockets stacked up. Even on silver/gold, you can down atlases easy if you leave them for last or have your whole team concentrate on them.

rockets tend to be for more "oh crap" scenarios than just killing atlases. If you have to use rockets to kill atlases, you are going to have major issues when five of them show up wave 5 on gold.

Lol, that triple came in somehow when I edited my first to say double.  The bioware site seemed to have crashed at the moment that I tried to post.
