Its most likely just the guy who uploaded as he found all these in the demo files.  These are "Bonus" files he found from the game.

Leather Jacket seems to be the equivalent to the Diana Allers dress.

That's true. Either way, it looks great. I was planning on using the default Alliance uniform, but I may use the jacket instead.

I'm pretty sure they are in ME3, regardless of whether you own them for ME2 or not. In fact, the sentry interface can be picked up in the demo.

They should give Shepard some stylish sunglasses with jacket and a pair of pistols/SMGs or an assault rifle in one hand. And then it will be kinda like "I'm sexy and I know it." Badassery is highly appreciated.

Hoodie is exclusive for CE. Leather jacket seems to be standard game.

I know that there is a lot more to the game and cosmetic things such are armour are only mine things but i am an armour nut i love my guy to look good

I feel better now, I was disappointed that I wouldn't get the hoody (CE out of stock at GAME) until they release it as dlc (if they decide to do so) but that jacket will do me instead... at least for my Male Sheps. The dress is fine but not a patch on the hoody for my femsheps..
