 I can't bring myself to kill anyone. They are all too awesome to die. Well I'm not a huge fan of Zaeed. May kill him in a playthrough to see the reprocussions. Not sure yet. 

Anyone who kills Jack, Garrus, Grunt, or Legion isn't invited to my party, and there will be cake. Cake. 
Also killing Tali is akin to stabbing a kitten in the face.

13 Shepard's, only 3 have everyone survived in ME2.

Shepard with least amount of casualties in 1, or 2 if you count Samara and Morinth as separate deaths( Samara in LM, Morinth in SM).

While I did not care for a few (especially Thane... I don't use him at *all*), I couldn't kill any of them either. I never thought any of them deserved death... Thinking that just seemed... petty to me. I walked the golden path to the golden ending every time I played.

In my recent PTs I went out of my way to ensure some people died. I role played so it would make sense for my characters - who was loyal and who was not for whatever reason...why Shepard didn't authorize a certain upgrade...

I did it just to see what would happen in ME3. I still hated it when Jacob was carried away by the swarms, or when Kasumi was vaporized from the mass effect core's overload. I didn't like doing it, but I did to see what would change.

My pro-Cerberus femShep gave Grunt and Legion to Cerberus. Didn't recruit any aliens other than Mordin, Tali and Garrus (didn't do team dextro's loyalty missions).

She only has Miranda, Mordin, Zaeed and the Crew to look forward to in ME3.

I only have three Shepards I really care about importing the other two have flawless suicide missions.

I set myself the challenge to end up facing the Reaper all on my own, i.e. having killed off everyone at that point. So far no success, though.
The numbers say it should be possible, but Miranda and Jacob are damn difficult to kill off.

Compared to that, keeping everyone alive is downright easy...

I liked everyone else enough to want to see them in ME3.

Last playthrough = everyone dead except Morinth and Jack.

The most difficult thing to do was hand over evidence against Tali's father in court despite her begging me not to, all to make her disloyal. She was so heartbroken..

I did kill tali twice, but I'll bring her back to life to kill her again in ME3.
At first I really wanted to kill Zaeed, but you gotta respect his determination to stay alive.
On my next playthrough I'm going to kill all the aliens and give Legion to Cerberus

Besides Kaidan, I gladly killed Jacob and Thane (he annoys the hell out of me). But only after a number of successful playthroughs

I did kill Tali and Jack before, now I am thinking about Tali and Zaeed. Zaeed doesn't really bring anything interesting to the table, I don't dislike him, but I guess having one extra death on suicide mission could give some more impact to it all, though Tali won't be missed.

I couldn't bring myself to kill people off so they all survived. Then again I'm a sadistic kind of person and want to see how many I can kill off in ME3.

I killed Jack off once as revenge since she caused Thane's death.... But in my other playthroughs I love her dearly

My Lore run everybody survived cause that's how my femshep rolls.
but then on the i dunno kinda be like batman run i killed off Thane (hate that emo alien).
And on my I AM RENEGADE MOTHERF*CKER i killed off let's see Thane, Jacob, Wrex, Kaiden, Kasumi, Samara.

I've killed them all across multiple playthroughs. My original Shep saved them all but then I got curious.

I almost never kill Zaeed in the suicide mission though. I let him burn to death in his loyalty mission afterwards.

Out of my five Shepards that completed ME2, I actively tried to kill off squad members once.  Oddly enough, I decided to do this with one of my Paragons.   Only Garrus, Jacob & Samara survived.

I have a femshep I'm playing right now that in ME1 was flirting with Kaidan all through the game, but in the in chose to save her best bud Ashely instead. now in ME2 she is romancing Jacob, and I'm really seriously thinking of having him go through the vents in the SM. lol I want to have a single Shep in ME3 and my other 4 are spoken for. (and I don't feel like making a 6th for quite a long time)

but that is for story purposes, I would never kill off a character because I do not like them. I have 5 femsheps and none of them are supposed to be me. They are all different (at least in my mind) and each have their own motivations for what they do, and like and dislike characters because it makes since for that play through.
