I cant get out of the fade after completing the veil tears and stone circle puzzle. Am I missing something that is obvious or is it an in game problem. I would like to finish this game because I really enjoy it. Also the world map of ferreldon in origins doesnt show the Brazilian Forest or Ozammar what is with that. Please help.

hmm, this is the no spoilers forum so I don't want to give away anything but did you find Justice in the village? You have to complete that quest to escape the fade.
The forest and Ozammar aren't showing or you just can't travel to them? I think the only areas you can access after beating origins are the DLCs
