Three step biotic combo that will kill phantoms. Stasis>Warp>Throw. Warp>throw combo works well against armored targets like turrets and atlas.
Those of you haven't unlocked Asari Adept yet singularity with points in increased area except lift is closest to a stasis bubble for humans Adept.
By equipping only one weapon power recharge a lot faster and points can be put into fitness instead of class ability that increases weapon & force damage and carrying capacity.

We'll have to see how things work out with other maps when the
game goes live. But regardless of that... I really like situations
where you start out with say, a human soldier or human adept,
and end up for whatever reason, anticipating opening up those
veteran packs waiting for that krogan, or asari. Seems like nice
game design to me. Sure, maps may come along where
the human variants are better. But overall, I hope that krogan
or asari I waited for through so many packs, is the more effective
overall character.

Asaris, but I haven't seen use of the warp ability yet. Stasis and throw are wonderful together, and phantoms can be picked so easily when singled with stasis and sometimes even when clustered with stasis field. I really love the Asari Adept.
Don't ruin the potential for great damage by using throw after stasis. When you see an enemy freeze it with stasis or singularity. Then target that enemy with warp. It will do heavy damage and the resulting biotic detonation will damage nearby troops heavily. The warp effect will also get transferred to nearby enemies upon biotic detonation. You can then target the same enemy which you used warp on (if it survives or has had shields/barriers) or a nearby enemy and cast throw on it. Throw will result in another biotic detonation and will do more damage because previous warp has weakened the enemies and made them susceptible to more damage.

When you get 2 or 3 enemies in singularity and shockwave biotic explosion..it's fantastic. I've killed an entire room. I also leveled up my singularity to kill whenever it runs out of time. I've gotten a few kills that way.
Singularity..is a fantastic ability. Just place it in front of an entrance and it'll completely block it. Guardians can't get past it and troopers are stupid enough to run into it so you can warp/shockwave bomb it. Shielded enemies just avoid it entirely. I've placed it in front of a ladder and as soon as enemies climb up they're floating around.
Asari adepts can handle any single opponent with ease. Just stasis/throw/stasis/throw enemies left and right (I upgraded my throw so it's the strongest it can be..it oneshots most enemies). But I have an easier time with multiple enemies or enemies that like to flank with the human adept.
However, I would like shockwave to have slightly more radius..even if it's just .5 meters.. anything will do. Also, lifting shockwave needs to work all the time. A couple of times I've seen one assault trooper fly into the air only to have the other 2 behind him slightly stunned.

I'll try that in my next game. It wasn't until yesterday I found how to trigger biotic detonations. So I'll finally see use of warp. Thanks for the tip.

lol the whole first page is "asari".. it's true tho... even neglecting stasis (gasp NO WAY), warp/throw is better to have b/c u can hit armored/shielded guys really hard..

human adept could deal with armored targets easily with warp > shockwave... if shockwave didn't break and make you useless after a few rounds.
definitely not as good as asari versus phantoms, atlas and geth prime.... but against everything else it's at least equal to asari, and more fun because shockwave is awesome when it actually works.
