Hi, I pre ordered the game via origin a couple of month ago, but I can not play ME3 until March 24 because of work for my college. So, I want to lend to my brother the game to use it until then, but since he lives in other city, it will be installed in other pc.

I'm pretty sure it's just tied to your EA account, which I expect can't be logged in at two computers at once. Shouldn't be a problem.

PSN lets you install stuff on upto 5 systems. You would have to look up what the rules for Origin are.
