I need my DLCs re-activated after I accidentally deleted my account, whom do I talk to?

I'm in the same boat. My HD fragged and I needed to reinstall on a fresh drive. Now my reinstalled copy of DA has a blank DLC menu. Nothing to download, nothing to install, nothing installable. Anyone got an answer for this?

Cam in your case login to your account in game then refreash your wallet in game it should then start downloading the DLC's
As to yours snow not sure bioware will have to reply on that one

Hi, im in the same boat as snow - deleted my account as it appeard was the only way i could use a new email account i have set up - everything seems ok, but ive lost my DLC???

I just tried calling the EA tech support number and they are not picking up the phone. What in the name of god are they up to?

Alright talked to an EA rep on the live chat thingie, said they will get back to me 24 hours with a solution, 24 hours is in 6 hours, so let's see

Same kind of problem here, although my account details did not change. My DLC says it has so I cannoy use them...sent 2 help emails off to no responce. So far over 800 people in the same boat as us!

I have had mine all sorted :-)
I received a reply from the eahelp and began to chat through email, all my problems and issues with the unauthorised parts. They asked for information user id , operating system etc and in about 3/4 emails they sorted it all out.
