"New" Ashley is the same, only thing "new" about her is her clothes, and EDI would have (imo) been boring as a normal robot.

Yeah... the same... suuuure.  If you call a new "sexy" haircut, a ton of makeup and her high heel boot thingies the same then yeah I guess.

Anyway my point is that Bioware is sexying stuff up lately, so I highly doubt Tali will be unattractive.

I would think though they are going to have to explain their "toughness" some how. When grunt is talking about the fragility of the various races, he makes some comments about quaranians being "not so soft".

Tali isn't my favorite romance option because of her looks. If that was all I cared about, I would romance Miranda. I do think it's a bit odd that we don't know what any quarians look like (as I feel like that information would be available in universe) but I wouldn't mind if they don't show her face. It's probably safer for them that way.

Pretty sure I saw a quote by the developers to the effect of, "We took fans' input in crafting romances."

Meaning, she'll be hot (in a cute way) because her fans wanted her to be hot (in a cute way). And yeah, just look at MirAshley.
