I am missing cryo rounds I and other stuff... it seems that there is a chance you lose equipment when you die?
Or is this a bug?

If you select equipment to deploy with, it is used up on that deployment, whether you win or lose.
If you are referring to a bug where equipment that you haven't selected is going missing, that is a problem that is fixed in the full game.
