For some reason the sound effect volume is a thousand times louder than the music and dialogue volume and keeps drowning everything else. The only way i can stop it is if i turn the sound effects off completely. I found a similar post that said they solved the problem with a speaker set up but i can't get my speakers  to solve the problem. Could someone tell me what to do please? I'm using the Logitech X-230 desktop speakers.
