[Daft Quaver]

 What class will you play and what squadmates will be going for?

I'm thinking I might stick with Garrus and Ashley like old times! The 'From Ashes' DLC character could be quite interesting, however. Choices, choices! Anyway, what do you guys/gals think?

Also will all DLC characters be in the game regardless or only if downloaded in the last game (kasumi)?

I'm also not sold on Vega... what's the deal?

This porbably or Garrus and Liara, but mostly Garrus, Vega, Liara and maybe the DLC maybe.

Fair enough. Beats ME1 where you had to stick to the same ones for the achievements if they bothered you

First playthrough: Kaidan and Garrus, with a FemShep Infiltrator
Second playthrough: Garrus and Liara with FemShep Infiltrator

After that I'm not sure. It'll depend on which characters I found interesting/awesome during first two runs. But the first two are for sure, since they're based off of roleplaying and the character of those two FemSheps built in my head. My other Shepard's are much less firmly established in my mind, so more open to change.

Adept FemShep with Vega, possibly *spoiler character* or maybe Garrus/Kaidan. We shall see. Depends on which I like more.

I'll use every squadmate and one point or another, but if I were to stick to using two squadmates, I'd go with Ashley and Liara. Soldier Sheploo.

Well as much as I want to play a different class right now, my Shep is a soldier so I'll stick with that, and I'll bring Garrus and Tali along for most of the ride (I will use everyone at least once though, except for maybe the VS).
