My first shepard ever. He was a soldier in the first, an infiltrator in the second, so in the third he'll swithc to Adept. I will probably bring Liara and Garrus/***SPOILER**** EDI ***END SPOILER*** OR Ashley and Tali/ Prothy... nvr mind, I can't help but make sure every squad mate gets equal play time... I'll will just pick who seems connected to the particular mission we are currently on the most out of the squad! Probably will always use the temp squad mate also when they are available

Tali and Ash, my old school team from ME1.
But for the DLC mission I will take liara, just because. If the mission is at a certain race's homeworld, I will take that squad-member, IE, I will take garrus to Pavelen.
For the final, final, final battle, I will bring Prothy, because it will be poetic.

Ash and Javik for the most part, probably. Then Kaidan and Javik.

I never decide my teammates in advance. I need to see their abilities and how they compliment my Shep's abilities. Also, if I find a character annoying, I won't use them even if they're useful.
I will say I'm gonna have an engineer man Shep. He's been an engineer since ME1, still gonna be that way.

Im a shep infiltrator and usually I don't run with one squad; I pick who to bring based on what my character would bring if the mission was real. for example when I went to horizon in m2, I brought mordin just in case his counter measure didn't work 100% and he need to fix it on the fly, and jack because I had her peg for the most powerful in a fight and we had no idea what was down there.

I'll be using the entire squad. Through both ME1 and ME1 I always rotated the squadmates in & out for different missions, and I'll be doing the same in ME3. It makes much more sense as far as the story goes for them all to be involved.
