Soldier Sheploo, Garrus is my Number One, but I'll switch him out if a particular mission seems more appropriate for someone else instead, like... Prothean and Liara sound like they could be a neat team, as others have mentioned. As for Number two, I'll give everyone but Tali a chance to impress me. (that means Kaidan, not Ash.)

I'm doing two main playthroughs. The first is an Adept who romanced Miranda. Probably bringing vega and Garrus mostly, with Kaiden over Vega for missions with lots of shields or versatile enemies.
Second is my Ashley romance vanguard that I'm switching to Engineer for ME3. Vega and Liara with Ashley filling in when I need more firepower.
