So my I've managed to recruit a few of my friends, and they've all linked their accounts, downloaded and finished the demo several times. Still, the app still refuses to recognise that they've completed the demo, and I'm not getting my recruitment packs. Has anyone had this issue before? Is there a known fix?

Was this recently? When I did it it took several hours for some of them to finally register. Also have em go back into the app on their end just to make sure all their info is up to date.

One of my mates finished it 5-6 days ago, and it still hasn't updated. On the other hand another one finished it earlier today, so I don't really expect his progress to be tracked quite yet, despite the first one being near instantaneous.

For sure have the 5 day one check the app on his end and see if everything's checked that should be. If so then you'll wanna get in contact with tech support.
