I like the multiplayer in mass effect 3 I had my douts about it but I like how its survival like gameplay and not versus multiplayer and how you upgrade your charecters like your playing campain and being able to play as different species as well.

Now for what I dislike I hate how the equipment ammo, weapon, and armor bonus only last one round and you cant fully upgrade your charecters powers and when you go to the store your still able to unlock charecter class packs at the store even though you have that charecter at level 20 and all the apperance cutomizations have allready been unlocked for that charecter makeing that class pack completely useless.

Improvements make the equipment ammo, weapon, and armor bonus like how you upgrade your weapons when you unlock it you keep it permanetly for all classes and it starts out at level I and after you unlock it 10 times it becomes level X and makeit so that when you reach level 20 you can max out all 5 of your skills instead of just 4 same goes for campain or make so that when you reach lelvel 20 you can promote your charecter restart them to level 1 but this time they get a little bit more health, shields/barriers, recharge time, weight capacity, weapon, power, and, melle damage and able to carry more medigel, thermal clip, survival, and missle launcher packs  plus more skill points for when you level up and your powers stats are more higher this time when you level up and make it so that you can keep promoteing your charecter until your skill tree is maxed out and add a feature that will allow you to reset your skill points when a player wants to change their power decison at level 4,5,and 6 and after you get a charecter to their full level and unlocked all of their apearance customizations no more class packs for that charecter cause they are useless after that.
