What makes midnight creeper hour different from the other 23 hours of the forums?

Different flavors of creepers come out at different times: For instance - 1:00 - 7:00 are the early rising creepers (with some midnight remnants) and 7:00 - 5:00 are the Old People and Sick creepers. After that, it's the common BSN creeper, who stay on until the midnighters come out again. 

Of course there are different subgroups of creepers that I could go into....
