Dammit, I want Gorim back in my party...

WTF? He's a skilled dwarven fighter who survived hordes of Darkspawn in the Deep Roads helping me retrieve the Shield of Aeducan and yet he apparently suffers a crippling injury from some common highway thugs walking from Ogrimmar to Denerim? I made it through the Deep Roads practically naked without any trouble fighting off darkspawn and giant spiders and deep stalkers all the way and he can't make a simple cross-country treck without becoming a gimp?
I loved that little guy when he was my second. So disappointing... *sigh*

Gorim on the other hand, was probably alone, and got jumped by a pack of bandits, with not healer.

Well Ogrimmar is pretty far away from Denerism. Its what, two continents, an underground journey, and a universe away?
Nah, a renegade group of dark spawn set up an alliance with some goblin folk, and there are now zeppelins making round trips 24/7.

Either way, you're still heaps better than the OP, who obviously plays....gasp horde...

But yeah, I totally wanted him back too. I loved the dialogue options in the dwarf noble origin. "Gorim, is this... person is trying to speak to me?"

It's ok dude, you're not alone. Though I sort of glanced through the post.

No, the OP obviously doesn't play horde otherwise he wouldn't think Orgrimmar and Orzammar are both dwarf cities.
But he is correct that Gorim was once awesome, and then becomes not awesome. We're talking about a guy willing to send assassins after a noble merely for arguing with a scholar. We're talking about the only guy who stuck up for you when your brother died (whether you killed him or not). We're talking about a guy who loyally follows you into the deep roads for your personal glory, where he can have none of it because of his caste. Gorim was great.

As I was sent naked in the Deep Roads, everything I had but for a sword and a shield was taken from me... Possible that these codes worked only for that introduction chapter?? Please help and Glory to the real Aeducan!

Dear brother dwarves, one question: as I redeemed many items through my collector's edition, what happened to them after the introduction chapter of the noble dwarf origin?

I answered that question in another thread.
Gorim is cool, but I honestly thought him and Dog in the Human Noble origin occupies the same plot spot ... the only difference is Gorim can speak in a language other then bark/whine.

Nah. Gorim, the Sidekick, is more hardcore than the main character of any other origin. Sure, the main character of other origins does some hardcore things, but they really have no choice. Gorim is just Gorim, not the product of events beyond his control like the Human Noble or City Elf.

This is exactly why I saw him and Dog as being the same character, because Dog is just Dog ... heh.

And for mages - let them recruit Jowan! (but that's off-topic and merely my opinion)

And Jowan not to be so whiny. Otherwise happy with the origins companions (mind you I have not played city elf).

Not that any of the other companions are BAD. Just that Gorim is such a fantastic character. I want a Gorim DLC. T.T

I would love to be able to do that. T.T
Oooh, what would have been awesome is if Gorim had been recruited into the wardens alongside you as you went to Ostagar.
Gorim, do tell this kingy-fellow that I am not his friend. He bothers me so, and his golden armour looks silly.... Fetch me some golden armour.
Gorim, shut this whiney Jory character up, with rocks.
or potentially the best of all
Gorim, did that large purple creature just slobber in my general direction? Be a good second and bash its brains out for me.
