AFAIK, there has been no word on whether or not the difficulty setting in this game involves level scaling or not, and I can't seem to find that information no matter how hard I look.
So, does it or doesn't it?

It involves dying a lot.
You can count on that!

After having played my fair share of Atlus titles, I can't say that'll be a problem, LOL.
But the level scaling thing bothered me in ME2, it made me never wanna play Insanity again after the first time. They say the increased difficulty is due to improved AI, which is good, but I'm hoping Bioware will post a clarification on whether or not the improved AI allowed them to get rid of the level scaling.

me 1 with a new character on insanity was crazy....!
but i doubt they go back to that, i tend to do a normal playthrough first anyway usually getting to max or near max level, then do the insanity.

Yeah me too, but mostly because I wanna wait and see if Insanity is bugged again this time.
