I would let them all die, short of maybe the batarians if they offered me enough money.
If you could save the batarians/quarians/geth, would you?

I don't see the problem. The Reapers attacking them doesn't mean genocide.DJBare wrote...
You should read that back to yourself.atheelogos wrote...I suppose your right but I'm not talking about genocide. I'm talking about letting the Reapers hit them hard enough so they're in no position to oppose us after this war.

They've attacked Earth and it can still be saved. Just because they attack a homeworld doesn't mean it's done for this time.adamashepard wrote...

Quarians- I will do everything in my power to help them reclaim their Homeworld.
Geth- A useful asset, but they are not keeping Rannoch. They can live, but they'll have to GTFO.

I'd have a hard time wanting to save the Batarians. Why? Primarily because of the fact that slavery is a central part of their culture (plus, a Batarian pirate raid killed my Shepard's family). Still, I'd probably save them, since my Shepard *is* a paragon. I'd still grumble about it, though.

Lol Shepard's past obviously doesn't play too much into his decision making. My Shepard's entire platoon was killed by thresher maws which later turned out to be a Cerberus experiment, and yet my Shepard still spent an entire game running errands for Cerberus.
Batarians are a sad story to me in the Mass Effect universe. Because the whole moral is galaxy unification, and you want there to be this big moment where the Batarians get redeemed like the Krogan but..... well, the batarians just got a really raw deal all around. No Batarian squad member throughout the series either. I thought that could've been really interesting. Or like a vorcha, where where they other than blood pack cannon fodder throughout the whole series? Can't cover everything I guess, but I would've liked to have learned more about them.
The only race that I'm on the fence about whether or not it's really worth saving is the geth. Because while my shepard believes in equality of alien races, the geth are not a true alien race. When it comes down to it, they are just intelligent machines. Shepard may be all nice and treat them like people, but it's just because he hates to be rude, and we as people humanize them just because they walk and talk. Couldn't the quarians just simply make more?
Saving the quarians isn't a question. Tali's counting on you.
