That is preferences, but i'd probably quite happily buy anything Mass Effect related, best Sci-Fi universe of all time, but thats just my opinion.
What else Mass Effect related could Bioware possibly make after Mass Effect 3?

Personally, I would love to see a game based on the Corsairs. Independent captains with loose affiliations. Build up your own starship, pretty much do whatever you want and get entangled in all kinds of messes.
They could also do prequels to flesh out the universe past history.... First contact war. Rachni war... I would love that one, but I doubt it would happen as there would be no humans.

Many years after the events of ME3, create a story that pits all the races of the galaxy in massive war. Break the existing major races down to 3 'teams,' and they wage war over the entire galaxy. Maybe like...team 1:humans+salarians, team 2: asari+turians, team 3: krogan+batarians

If you want to play RTS, you already can play Starcraft 2 wich is already a sci-fi game.
Great RPGs are too rare to let Bioware do something else.
