So I'm having some issues with the demo. I pretty much don't notice any lag at all until I use melee on an enemy. When I do I notice a good half second delay untill the damage is done to the enemy. It's really irritating considering the new melee mechanics are one of my favorite improvements to me3.i am on a 360 and I have the max amount of bars of connection o my router and am connected to a 4200 linksys router.

Maybe it's just the demo and this issue will be resolved in the final version?

Thanks for any help!

Yea Im in the same boat. I am using a Linksys 3200 and even disabled all its protective features but I still notice lag spikes and strange Demo behavior(such as my attacks going right through the guy im aiming at and then, zoom, he moves 50 feet away to his true position the server says he is at) which make it hard to play on Gold.

I have added Origin and ME3 Demo through my firewall, disabled all my Router protective features and speedtest says I get 21mb/s sustained at 11 ms so my connection is more than sufficient. I saw something about Port Forwarding, is this something we should look at anyone?

We cannot by the only 2 who encounter this stuff.

Entirely down to who the matchmaker puts you with.
Some games no noticable lag, others completely unplayable. (not to mention exposing all sorts of networking glitches)

I think the match making service considers the UK to be part of europe, and has no problem pairing you up with players as far afield as Russia.

Cue Russian reversal joke.
