Will we see an addition of Male Quarians in full release of the game or maybe even as DLC in the future?

I sure hope so. 
I think it shouldn't be too hard since the model for male quarian already exists in ME2. It would make sense that just like humans, males and females of the quarian species would be fighting the reaper threat.
