The reason I am posting this here is because for some reason I can't post in the main campaign/quests board. What I would like to know is what the sucessful journal message is for completing Talis quest without getting her exiled. I ask this because I need her mission successfully completed for Mass Effect 3. What's the journal message please? I completed her mission a couple of months back and I don't remember the outcome.

They're all on the wiki.

Alternately, just read it. Doesn't it say whether or not she got exiled?

As I posted in another board, here is what the message on my ps3 says:

"Tali is grateful to have preserved her fathers good name. She is pleased to be leaving behind the political machinations of the Flotilla to return to the Normandy."

What does this mean?

Im guessing... That she thankful to have preserved her fathers good name by hiding the damning evidence against him. And she is happy to get off the "floatila" and away from the politics surrounding the geth fued.
: If it says florilla thats a typo and another example of why you should play all ME on xbox or PC.

That is... odd, I didn't realize messages were different for the PS3. Talk to Tali, maybe? Does she say anything about it?

That message really tells that you didn't reveal the evidence of her father's deeds in the trial, and I believe (not 100% sure) that that is all that matters when it comes to loyalty. Meaning that whether or not she got exiled, if you preserved her father's reputation, she'll be loyal.

But couldn't you check this on your party selection screen? With loyal members you can switch their outfits. If you can switch tali's outfit, then she's loyal.

I got the answer(I think) from another topic, but my question was not if she is loyal or not but if she was exiled. I KNOW she's loyal.
