On a serious notes, girls are often easy to spot, with female characters and girly colored armor.
Not true. Mostly because human female adept and engineer is not available. And I'm not sure what you mean by "girly colors".

^ thats what I mean, they stay quiet and everyone carries on like normal but as soon as they speak its one of two things either they are kids or oh its a girl and the making fun of commences or the creepy asking of personal questions commences
well, male community in video games is large, and i don't mean in comparison to woman community, it's just soo freakin' large, but not everyone is a creep
on a semi related note, has any of you guys ever recognised that a player is a woman w/o her telling she is? and i don't mean them playing female character, more like the way they write, especially in an MMO
I wasn't saying all guys are creeps considering im a dude lol but you got to admit I'm using COD as a control here lol probably a bad idea but that community sure is rude to woman. on a seperate note I have but her name kinda did it for me lol
ok yea, COD is a really bad example , I mean it's full of frustrated teenagers lol, especially on xbox

I think maybe you're just paranoid. ;P I'm a female gamer who prefers to play females, but I never, ever talkMemmahkth wrote...

on voice chat. Not related to being a girl, I'm just super self-conscious. I don't even own a mic.
Though it's true that you can never tell. My mother has played MMOs (actual ones, not like Farmville) for over a decade and has consistently rolled male characters. She used to play Ultima Online with a guy who always played female characters. Quite funny.
One way to tell if it's a guy or not is if the character creation has body morphing; they're always long hair, big eyes, puffy lips and sliders aaaaaall the way up on the chest region.

As a note to the mentioned cod, that game truly has a second worth in beating males up that believe they have something to say or are entitled because of that factespecially with tactics that are unusual and require the utmost skill (same goes for battlefield, tho the community seems a lot more mature, so far only 1 went to sexual stupidity)
don't count on it, they are also easy to jump on that bandwagon fast

Why does it matter what bits other players do or do not have as long as they're good squadmates?
Because less bits makes you more aerodynamic! Critical for vanguards!

This is how I feel. There are good and bad players of both genders (and by saying good/bad i'm not referring to skill level). Finding people you click with is a beautiful thing!

Boobs add forward momentum and provide impact protection. Very handy for charging.
Men's equipment add downwards momentum for Nova'ing~
Different advantages~
Beware of hermaphrodite vanguards!
