Personally I enjoy playing online with the guys. Especially if they don't know your gender. They say the funniest things! Although American teenagers are very annoying. Dweebs.

My sister Nikki plays online and she's always running around with a pink Krogan. She doesn't have a mic though which is probably a good thing otherwise she'd have a ton of guys harrassing her. I'd find it funny but somehow I don't think she would. lol:D

I accidentally played as a pink Krogan once and made two new friends (male, English) and now when we play together we all fight as pink Krogans!

I'm a girl and on XBox multiplayer! Pretty sure I just played with you, A Huge Surprise. Hopefully you didn't catch me in the game when I was trying out new weapons and failing miserably.

Note: When I play as a krogan, it's always in the pink camo style. <3

My next agenda is to find a husband who plays video games! Part of me is secretly scared that I'll marry someone who doesn't play video games, making it tough for me to find time to enjoy a good game or two. I'm jelly of you, ladies.

I think it might be a little easier for you though.  There's a much better chance in finding a guy that will game with you than me finding a girl that will share that interest.

In fact, when my ex decided to dump me, "playing video games" all of a sudden became something she couldn't stand about me.  So now I'm afraid if I don't find a girl who likes gaming that it's going to become a problem later down the line because it's one of my favorite things to do.

It's good to share hobbies with your partner but lets face it if your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife is gonna get anoyed at you doing something you enjoy? They shouldn't be with you and have no right to ask you to give it up. It's even good for couples to have time to themself after all, but I agree having a partner who is interested in gaming as well is a boon especially if she/he play the games you do. My last girlfriend played games as much as I do and I'd be happy to have that again.

This topic is still going? Heh...

I still haven't run into any female players who actually use their mics, even though I've been in games with some. Considering how a lot of guys act online, I can understand why girls tend to keep to themselves. Some of the things that I've witnessed from other guys has made me want to slap them silly. Thankfully though it seems like the majority of people on ME3 don't even talk, so the chance of running into those kind of people is slim.

When you play PUGs, expect people to not use mic. I only ever played PUGs' on Bronze. It gets boring without any banter during the match, so I just play with friends.

Find people on the groups that are available on BSN, like Bronze Effect, most of the use the mic. Make friends with them, play with them regularly and you are bound to play with their friends, who, in most cases, also uses the mic. Add them and expand your network of players who use the mic that way.

i've quite a number of people on my list and most of them use mic.

I don't mean to frivolously contradict your thread, but you may well have come across female players and never have known. Unless all of the people you have played with have used microphones.

Most of the girls I have met online through gaming usually make you go through one hell of a song and dance just to let you find out they're actually female. Gossip finally gives way to truth after weeks and weeks lol. And so, you probably have seen loads, just none that want to share it.

After reading this it made me think of an issue with collecting a friends list on PC.

Thing about origin is that one might play many games and collect friends in those games, but Origin has no way to seperate friends into categories which is really anoying if you want to expand on the friends list. Probably why I personally don't have a very big friends list. Would end up a mess of who's who.

Boring you say?
Mics you say?
Banter you say?
 PUG's you say?

Anyways I always liked using mics... A bunch of us even started talking about the ending... We eventually understood what the reapers were doing and why. Talking and banter makes it more fun.

Np. Pink is a masculine colour in Japan. Socialisation tries to convince us otherwise in Europa (US too?).

My work here is done.

In fact I wouldn't mine my GF acting that way at all (if I have one...). Personal space is important
