Yeah, that's what I was thinking aswell. Like gaining him as a squad member but at a high price. He would make a great renegade squad mate.

Never would accept him. He killed my Shep's Love,which if you take the renegade option when he comes up behind Shep and you stab him with the omni sword and say "Thats for Thane". is worth it too.

you know what would be interesting if this really was a possibility?

-is that when (for some reason) you picked to let him join you, he betrays you and in a cutscene kills or is the reason one (or more) of your squaddies dies XP

talk about an emotionally aggravating situation

Shepard: "Kai Leng, I will hunt you down and KILL you even if it's the last thing i do"
