Well, I just beat Mass Effect 1 and I just popped in my Mass Effect 2 disc and started a new game and I imported my Mass Effect 1 save, but when I get to the "Service History" part where it tells me the major choices I made in Mass Effect 1, it only shows 3 out of the 6 major choices. The only major choices that show for me are "Status of Wrex," whom survived, "Missing in action," which Kaidon died, and " Council History," whom I saved.
It doesn't show who I choose as the new Council member, I picked Anderson.
It doesn't show that I saved the Rachni Queen.
And it doesn't show who my love interest was, which was Ashley.
Did those 3 choices not carry through or what?
Is this a glitch or do they carry through, just that it doesn't show it?
Also, I have another question, on my Mass Effect 1 save, there isn't an autosave after I beat Saren and pick who's the new counselor so how will it know who I picked?

Relax. All those other choices will carry through. The only reason it only displays those 3 is because they're the choices that greater impact Mass Effect 2.
As for who you chose as council member, it doesn't matter as you get to choose again when you're in the shuttle with Jacob and Miranda. (Probably because of exactly what you said having no autosave).
Rachni Queen and LI are major choices to the plotline of your Shepard. However, they dont haave much involvement in ME2. (Unless you chose Liara and have LotSB). You will know they carried over still because you meet certain people to remind you.
Could say more but trying to remain spoiler-free.

I just started ME2 a few days ago from an ME1 save. I only skimmed over the service history but I don't recall seeing it mention the romance option or that I let the Rachni queen go either, but there was enough there that I could be sure I was importing the right save. Not hard, there was only two. As for the council, there's apparently a reason for that. The save is created after you make the decision whether to save the council but before the decision about whether Anderson or Udina gets the seat on it, so ME2 doesn't actually know you picked Anderson. This is slightly spoiler-ish, but very early in the game you'll have a conversation with Miranda in which she's testing Shepard's memory and one of the things she asks is about after the battle of the Citadel. You'll be able to tell her - and the game - who you chose to be on the council at that point. You'll have to play a little bit longer before you can confirm the love interest by going up to your cabin in the new Normandy and looking for Ash's photo on the desk. It's an L shaped desk and the love interest photo is on the side against the right hand wall and nearly in the corner.
As for the Rachni queen, I've no idea yet. I don't think I've played far enough into ME2. I'm just taking it on faith that choices from the first game that don't show up right away are all still in there somewhere waiting for me to reach a point where they have some effect. I've already bumped into two minor semi-baddies that I didn't kill and gave the "mend your ways (or I'll come back and shoot you)" speech to instead. Neither of them were mentioned in the service history but here they are in the second game remembering what happened and talking about how I'd given them a second chance before. If I were you I wouldn't worry unless you go up to the cabin and that photo frame has just got a black rectangle in it. If Ashley's in there you're probably okay.
