Anyone know though? I heard there was a release of all characters that can be romanced anyone got a link to it? there is a lot of leaked information about this game so I am sure there has to be something out there to answer my question.

Sorry, this really has no chance. DLC characters will get a small cameo at best, definitely not a full-blown romance subplot.

Kasumi is a great character, but I don't think a Shepmance should be in the cards. With Kasumi both grieving for Keiji and lusting after Jacob, it would seem a bit random & out of character.
