I want to make an archer does someone have a step by step guide if there is one or in any way is there some sort of mod that gives me Sebastians and Biancas talent trees? They have awesome archery ones sucks that Bioware didn't give us those ones or similar ones so would love it if anyone experienced with modding or has done it or know a way to be able to get those 2 trees? Thank you!
Would love to start a new character is it possible...

Uhm... There is an archer three on the rouge and it is very similary to the bianca and definitly similary to sebastian's archer three.
If you are talking about their specialities (marksman and I don't remember sebastian's) it is different, but you can definitly play as an archer, just play rouge. Switch to an archer once you get control over the real Hawke and then starts putting points in the archer three.

Which archery tree? The normal Archery tree or the exclusive ones that deal with Sebastian having skills based on his religious position and Varric's that has Bianca-specific abilities?
If you mean the normal tree, then just start as a Rogue.
If the latter, I don't know if a modder could do that for DAII. Varric's abilities are... well specific to his unique crossbow.

Sorry would like to be more specific I heard people complaining that the default rogue archery is bad? I heard there was a way to get sebastians and varrics exclusive archery trees cause I heard they are much better or have I been told wrong? Thank you.

I put the words in bold yes those are the ones I heard they are awesome is there a way to get them onto the original Hawke?

I played an archer rogue in DA2 and I didn't think it was that bad. In fact I noticed my game actually improved, particularly against the Arishock.

Archer Hawke, given what we have, if leveled correctly, is a heavy duty damage dealer.
