I dont't know if it only happens with me but for some times i search for a new game and i entered in one where they are just starting the round 11. This is unfair because i earn about 98000XP and about 15000 money in bronze just for playing the "extraction" round, that is one of the most easy rounds. Well, for me it was good to win 98000XP in 2 minutes but i don't think that is right, but that is not my fault.
What things like that have you, people, experienced?
Entering a game in round 11 is not fair

I've had two lowbie roll into round 11 on bronze when it was just my friend and I duoing it. How UNFAIR!
lol, I could care less bronze is a cake walk, but it was pretty funny getting two thanks yous' after the match.

Happened to me once. Played the Wave. We were extracted and I got a Mission Failed message. I was utterly confused.

You don't get the credits IIRC if you complete wave 11, just the XP. Smile, take the free level(s) and go on with your day. It's rare good fortune; no sense looking it in the mouth.
Weirder than that was the time when we won a game, entered the next match, the host left, it set us back to wave 11, we cleared it and got the mission failure message. That might be how that happened to you, except that you joined such a match after wave 11 started.

Well, but to compensate the things i have started some match or another right in the middle of the fire and i could ear the shots while in load screen. Some of that times i started on the ground waiting for revival. That kind of things must be solved in Multiplayer. I think entering in a match in more than round 3 is unfair.

Yeah, that sucks. I once got randomly thrown into the very last fifteen seconds of the extraction round... The game loaded with literally the counter going down in 3..2...1.. extraction complete. Well - everyone else was dead and the landing zone was swarmed, so by accident at least they got a mission success instead of a failure, but still, it was extremely wtf.

Esactly. Money is awarded for completing assignments. If you pop in in Wave 11, you didn't do any. All you get is the XP.
And I have had that happened to me only one or two times in all the about 80-90 hours I have clocked, so one can easily just let it slide as good fortune (IF you have a character that can still benefit from those free XP).

Random is not fair. That's why it's called RANDOM.
Though it's odd you get dropped into matches in progress. When I do Quick Match, it always puts me in a lobby. The only time I enter a match is when I am invited.
If the latter is true, you need to stop having your friends pull you in at the last minute. Tell them, "HEY! I am NOT your last resort. Invite me earlier in the match, not when one guy bails after Round 10 and everyone ele on your friendslist told you no."

It's not my case, i don't enter by invitation. I searched for a a race and it toke me to that almost finished games. It's true that it happens just a few times. With me it happens about 5 or 6 times starting in a wave higher than 5
but it happens.

I say 1 out of 5 games I enter a game in progress.
