 Is it possible to Romance Merril, Anders, Isabela, and Fenris all in 1 character game? Thanks.

It is, or at least I managed it. Be sure you do Fenris' bit first, though, as his romance is easily broken. I did it in this order: Fenris -> Isabela -> Merrill -> Anders. I'm not sure if it's possible to do Anders first, dump him and then run into Merrill's embrace afterwards.

As long as you do it Fen, Isabella, then yes you can do Anders and Merrill in either order. Now getting Sebastian in there as well is a bit tough

I don't think you actually can romance Sebastian...if you can call his a romance in the first place. Not completely certain, but I have read that if you romance anyone else, then Sebastian's romance is cut off.

Well, he does respond to the flirts favorably and, yes it's a romance, all be it a very proper, non sexual one. Yes he will end it if you romance anyone else.That's what makes it hard, you have 2 easy to end with him and Fenris.
