Noticed BUGS in Multiplayer

Are you, people, noticed bugs in Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer? Note that i mean bugs, not things that you not agree with. Bugs are things that dont perform as they was designed to perform.

With me, every time a change my character in the lobby of a match, when i play that match the only one ability is set to fast access keys and using the power HUD to manually set this powers to the fast access keys does not work. This is anoying because i can't change the character in the lobby or i have to play with trouble. Anyone is getting trouble with this too?
