The progress you made while playing Mass Effect 3 Demo Multiplayer, will you get to be able to keep that progress when you play the full version of Mass Effect 3 after it is released? Or will you have to start from scratch again in the full game multiplayer?
Will the progress in Multiplayer of Demo version be carried over to the main game?

As far as we know, no.
And please confer to existing threads in the future. I know the traffic is high in here right now and it won't get better anytime soon, but this is a question that has been asked a lot of times and would have shown up had you used the search function (hint: forget the inbuilt search utility here, it's crap. Use google and add "+social.bioware.com" to its tags, that'll net you better results).

I still don't understand the reasoning behind this particular question:
If we kept our multiplayer progress/levels/score/chars, why we would even bother playing the MP full version ? We'd already - basically - capped it.

There's a "promote" button, so I suspect otherwise.

I think the promote button is for recruiting the level 20 character to the full game.
