I honestly don't see any way for bioware to regulate this kind of thing unless they install software on your PC that could potentially invade your privacy.

If it gets really annoying, just ask them to mute their mic/fix it, and if they don't listen/hear you just kick 'em

Actually, everyone that killed something should be penalized, because I must get all the kills.

I really hate on 360, when someone doesn't have a headset, but they have a Kinect. It registers through its own mic, and they always have it right in front of the TV. So, I get an echo of literally everything happening in the game...

I agree. There's always a vacuum running, a dog barking, a kid crying, or a parent yelling in every single household that owns a Kinect, apparently.

Or a loud song. Especially Metal ones.

Yeah. I have a Kinect, and noticed this. So, even if I'm not chatting, I plug in the headset and mute it. Problem solved.

Could they either automatically mute the Kinect mic in MP, or at least put in an option?

I generally request that they turn the Chat Mic off. I don't use my Kinect for chat for just that reason.

Most experienced players in MPG'S will use vent rather than provided ingame voice chat when its released anyway and they know not to do just that sort of thing.
