Allow groups to searh for games.
Instead of the galaxy map when in the multiplayer menu, it could be replaced with a lobby (or only replace the galaxy map when the lobby is needed) that has another three available slots for anyone invited. The leader could then select quick match for the group and set the parameters or start a new match. With its current functionality, it will be impossilble for two teams of two to join the same game, as their only option is to create a new match.
The 'A' button
Instead of needing to hold the 'A' button in order to run, it would be more practical to use the left button to start running as this would prevent a short run turning into a roll, and vice versa. It can then still be used for its original purpose too,
Instead of hugging a wall whenever the avatar is running near one, the 'A' button should be released in order for the wall to get a hug. This would prevent the amazingly fustrating experiance or tryng to run from an atlas, only to bow at its feet in anticipation for the execution.
Character Unlocks
The current system of randomizing the class/race unlocks is dreadful. I would personally prefer to experiance one race/class from the bottom rank to the top in order to get a feel for the new race/class combo. With that in mind, i beleive getting the human/adept (for example) to level 20 would then unlock the ability to select another race for that class, but at level 1. Getting that class to level 20 would then unlock the ability to select another race from the same class. Or perhaps reduce the level required to unlock another race and maybe don't retrict it to the same class, so for instance getting a level 15 human adept could unlock any other of my chioce, maybe a Krogan soldier. This would also increase the multiplayers life span whilst avioding the seemingly unfair rolls of the packs.
Store
I think weapons and weapon upgrades shouldn't be random, but cost the money earned through out the missions, as should all the comsumables within the MP game, of course increasing the money required exponentially for each consecutive upgrade, similar to the logarythmic scale of the cost to upgrade the powers/abilities. The same can be done for the appearences too, costing money to increase the number of available cutomization options. This would prevent unlocking the options after getting that specific class to level 20, as that class may not be taken after hitting the cap, but if the options are purchasable then it makes it more tempting to purchase the options with the money earnt playing that class to level it up.
Misc
Show the level and class of players in game on the start menu.
Add the ability to kick players when in game, on the start menu.

Couldn't agree more about letting groups search for games. I can only assume that will be included as it is a blatantly obvious feature. Confused why it isn't in the demo.
Not really too concerned about the other suggestions, I guess they are fine. I kinda like the random unlocks, makes getting money exciting.
