 I've seen loads of posts about all the different choices you need to make to ensure you get the best ending.  From little snippets I've seen it looks like my canon Shep isn't going to be very successful in the grand scheme of things but I'm not worried.  For me the best ending will be the one that I reach totally on my own without working off a checklist of how to play the game "successfully". I'm a bit worried that I've already signed some characters death certificates but those are the choices I made and that's part of the glory about Mass Effect...

Anyone else think the same or would you rather know in advance what way your game is heading?
