A quick question on weapons

Tried to stay away from forums but after seeing customizable arsenal video i was wondering. Do we reobtain missed weapons from ME2 for ME3. I missed the Geth Pulse Rifle and dont want to restart ME2 to get it and the 3 various weapons from (spoiler ME2) the collectors ship. Do we get them in ME3 differently or is ME2 the only way to get them?
