Just one problem: the only code which is in the email is the serial one! I've tried to put it in the redeem page, but of course it doesn't work...where am I supposed to find the other codes?!?

I've just bought the DDE of ME2 via Origin; I've recieved an email that confirms the order and should give me codes to redeem my bonus items.
Just one problem: the only code which is in the email is the serial one! I've tried to put it in the redeem page, but of course it doesn't work...where am I supposed to find the other codes?!?

Ck here for dlc, and see if your Cerberus material was automatically unlocked like some say it does with Origin.
If you have Firewalker and a few others unlocked for ME2 then it has. If not you will have to contact EA and talk with a help rep.
