First, I'm wondering how games start for players that killed Shepard in ME2.  Does it simply roll a new Shep and continue along the same default path as players who didn't own ME1 and 2?  Or is there a bit of fiction involved where Shep is cloned again or otherwise "fixed" from dead?

Second, I'm wondering if Morinth will appear in the game at all in place of the presumed Samara cameo, for players that added her instead of her mom.

There is no import for dead Shepard.

Morinth does appear, but she's not quite as useful as Samara.
