Maybe they should have a disclaimer under it?

Still, the cinect is just used as a microphone for voice commands, right?
Why not include this feature in the PC version? Almost everyone has some kind of mic that he can hook to his PC. I'd like to use that feature. And I guess the PS3 has some hardware as well, that allows voice input.
Why the hell only allow that feature on the X360 and therefor make one platform privilleged?
And don't get me wrong, I'm not whining only because I will not have this feature - I'm for equal possibilities for every user.
