Hell, my friend and I typically duo golds in 30 mins.
find a good team and get reasonably good yourself, and you should be able to average 20 min gold runs even if they're random/random.
and sub 17 mins is fairly easy with firebase white or some other method.
also, golds are up to 75k a match.

When doing runs explicitly for gold, like a FBW/G/G game it takes roughly 15-17 minutes when you are not camping but playing up the ladder, sniping and tech bursting everything. If you decide to suicide after the W10 objective you can easily do 15 minute runs on gold with a good team. And that's without everyone using much of their equipment.

I don't think many would argue that the Geth on FBW mumbo jumbo is the most effecient way to earn credits, but it feels like a job and not a game after two matches.

Of course the gold farming runs get you more, or even just making it to wave 6 and failing. Trouble is unless you've got a well coordinated team on gold, you're bound to use some survival packs/medigel/rockets, so you need the credits to make back what consumables you've lost.
If you've got a good team and good equipment/weapons, then you can do the same and use few consumables and make more in the process, in which case I'd just go for gold and be done with it.
Silver there's very little risk of that - it's less efficient timewise, but you don't really lose anything.
Still, average random silver is usually around 20mins, gold 25 to 30 mins.
Edit: Oh dammit, 2 months old!

The problem is that most players dick around in between rounds, assigning equipment to stuff. It's a farming run, clearing 3 round doesn't need equipment. I'm so annoyed that I can't find a group to do gold, and just bleed out when we die. I rather bleed out at wave 8 than to watch the last person run around trying to get through the stage and taking way too long.

Gold is still better. Do wave 6, and then die. Or even do wave 3 and die.

Yeah OP timers are way off... In my experience a bronze run will usually take 12-15min, a silver run 15-20 min and a gold run 18-25min. And gold is definitely better for gold farming unless you plan to fail a lot.pistolols wrote...

The times will depend on whether you play with friends or random. But I would agree that for random matches, Silver has the best mix of time, credits, and success rate. I also find it more enjoyable when I don't end up being faceplanted for the 5th time before a wipe at wave 9 because someone runs off from the group. Though there was still a little mishap on Silver Reactor VS Reaper when everyone decided to go solo somehow on that small map.

I do wonder if the shift in credit payoff from round 10 to round 6 may result in new farming strategies that are more time efficient by wiping after the Wave 6 objective. It may or may not be faster, but otoh waves 1-6 are far easier than 7-10 and let you skimp on consumables.

Then again I always play with randoms and don't bother talking to people.
Why in the holy hell would you play a co-op game and not talk to people? Do you not have a mic? You can get one for like $10.
People like you are why I hate when my friends aren't online. I bet you always equip a Widow on your Asari Adept, too.

FBWGG is the fastest method for credit farming. pugs generally do it in about 30 minutes and you get 70k. Dying after the objective on wave 10 is also significantly faster than playing until extraction.

Gold is the fastest way to earn credits plain and simple
Here is the scale for earning credits (times vary)
Finishing Wave 3 on Gold = Bronze (takes only like 6-8 minutes as opposed to 13-15 minutes to finish a bronze)
Finishing Wave 6 on Gold = Silver (takes the total time to 15-17 minutes as opposed to 20-22 minutes to finish a silver)
Finishing Wave 10 on Gold = 2x Silver + 1 Bronze (takes the total time to about 24-27 minutes)
Therefore Gold is the quickest way to earn credits...
