best ive gotten it down to was 20 min full biotic team vs reapers, as they swarm you and you detonate

Yes that about where I stand,fastest game on gold was Hydra Cerberus with 3xadept and a sentinel(me) and took just over 19mins.
Total BE spamfest....they were good though.

Most of my Gold matches are 20-25 mins and i get 70,000 creds per round.... still get sh***y character packs for all my effort >.<

I'd say with good teammates, my gold game almost never fail, may be 1 out of 20 games. And gold is more intense, thus more fun.

Edit: The original post is over 2 months old. Back then peopel weren't all Weapon mk.10 'n Mods mk.5, but still... 42minutes...? And how do you even manage to get so little credits for it?

With my buddies, 18 minutes on gold/geth/fbw.  Always 75k credits.

25 (+/- 5 minutes) on gold/random/random.

Another 1:15 or so off those times if we suicide after wave 10 objective.

With pubs, golds are generally 25-35 min.  Add 3-5 minutes for each bad teammate.

Geth enemies, Firebase White: Noveria takes 25 or 26 minutes with a good solid team and it's easy money. So yeah,  I agree.

I'm guessing that the credits awarded have changed since the OP created this. (I didn't have the game on release)

I get no more than 32k for a Silver, usually around 20 mins, and Gold is usually around 70k, usually around the 30 min mark.

Math will tell you gold is better for credits, yes?

There is no way your gold matches should be averaging 40 some minutes especially if you are failing to get past wave 10 40% of the time. Sounds to me like you've got a lot of people dying and one or two people having to solo waves. Solo waves are time killers.

Gold takes 25 mins on pubs (you have to avoid the obvious ****ty people) and is 70-76K so Gold is better for money

I usually finish gold in around 27 minutes and make between 70-75k, but that is farming FBW with people I constantly play with. Silver would probably earn you the most credits if joining a pub though. If my friends are not on I usually just play silver solo and can finish wave 3 in about 7-8 minutes and receive about 4300-4500 credits, it is definitely not faster but at least I am getting some practice while earning credits, lol

Gold matches with good players is in the 18-24 minute range, randoms is more like 25-30, bad randoms is 30+ as you need to play more carefully while solo/duo'ing.

Edit: Times can be greatly decreased with liberal use of missiles.

Firslty, people can solo  gold in less time than 42 minutes...

My win rate on Gold is now around 95%. the only time I fail Gold is when I go against my better judgement and team up with players my gut tells me not to.

It takes me and my friends 18-22 minutes on average to beat Gold. We use all class types too, Soldiers and Sentinels as often as Infiltrators and Adepts.

PS - The  link at the bottom of my sig will take you to a thread with a list of names of Gold capable players. There are a few guys on that list I team with allmost every day, and we run gold in, on average, 20 minutes at a time. Full extraction.

I see from your manifest you have ME3 on PC? Well, add me and I'll bring yo uon a few runs so you can see how easily a team can dominate Gold. Once you've done it a few times with us, I'm pretty sure you'll find it much easier in general.

ive actually found that my average gold match is only about 5-6 minutes longer than my average silver match.  right around 32 minutes for a gold.

course, i do pub matches, so i spend alot more time searching for good gold matches... so unless i get a decent team right away, yea, im probably not earning as much per hour.

thats balanced out though, by the fact that i tend to fail silvers much more often than golds.  mainly because in pub matches, there's alot more people running silver who should still be on bronze than there are people playing gold who should still be on silver.

where it'll take me an average of an hour of playing per spectre pack on silver... i can get two spectres in the same time running golds with a good team.
