Endings
paragon:Destroy the mass relays. along with the reapers
Renegade:Enslave the reapers, destroy the mass relays.
Other:Merge all synthetic and organic life. Destroy the reapers and maybe the relays. not sure

You forgot the ending where Shepard controls the Reapers and sends them off to dark-space and nobody gets hurt besides him living forever in a reality that sucks.

 I'm aware of the Flashback scene. I'm more concerned with actual dialogue during the game.

If you romance Tali in the final romance scene she will give you a picture of her face but no Quarians ever take their masks off. As for squadmates, they can all can die. Liara has plot shields right up until the final Hammer assault though.

The movies in the directory files don't seem to allow for that.

Well the endings in ME2 were primarily told using in game cutscenes. So hopefully there's more to it then what's in the videos

They are true, but there's 6 endings (each with some slight modification, or whatever). There's also a New Game + ending which is still a surprise, for now. It could be the super happy happy fun time ending some people want or it could be more bittersweet, no one knows. Stay clear of the internet if you don't wanna know.

Oh, and Morinth becomes a Husk, not sure if you can avoid that or not, but Samara's last words in ME2 definitely ring true. Same with Jack unless you help her.

All 7 endings are fully known.  The NG+ was a screw up on the Guide's part.

Just thinking of this now, but during the war with the reapers earth could have recovered plenty of tech and there could be an end Dialagoue scene that establishes something along the lines of 

Shepard:Booo hoo i lost the normandy crew, and i can't save them without the relays
Anderson:We have the recovered them technology to rebuild them better,stronger,and faster
