Also, the DLC characters from 2 probably wont play a big part in story, right? Given the fact that they were optional and not everyone bought them, I would think they wouldn't do anything of importance.

But I did like Kasumi very much. Zaeed was like a cool version of Jango Fett.

Actually, Kasumi and Zaeed play surprising decent roles for simple DLC characters. Kasumi moreso than Zaeed.
