Halo 4 will be a very tough contender. Microsoft super hyped up Halo 3 TV ads, Drinks, Posters, bill gates promting it etc. MS will out market anything on the X360 for Halo 4 (If anyone remembers that Halo 3 marketing campaign, nothing touched it in marketing).

Best RPG will simply go to D3 if it does come out.

Yep, I think it will.
It already looks better than ME2 in basically every way, so I don't really see what will stop it. There will be strong competition too, that's for sure.

Yes, for me it will definitely be one of them. Other runner-ups for me would be: Resident Evil 6, Borderlands 2, Halo 4, and GTA V.

Mario, Pokemon,Wii Series(Sports etc.) Sims, GTA, Tetris are bigger franchises than COD.
Final Fantasy, FIFA and Need for Speed are nearly equal.
