Turrets shoot magic rays of sunshine that come down when you feelin' blue.

Combat Engineers are like evil sneaky goblins, they always manage to position a turret in previously safe locations at the worst time possible. Like when your being chased by 3 Phantoms from Cerberus spawn locaton.

Hey guys, you know how the combat engineer drops the turret then presumably sits there programming it? Instead of nerfing the turret I say BW make it so when we kill the engineer after he drops the turret, but before he programs it, the turret cannot distinguish friend from foe (maybe killing things attacking it first, then choosing targets by what's nearest). This way we can see the unprogrammed turret and clear the area. If we were sharp and observant, we could get the turret to kill phantoms for us. Maybe even Cerberous combat engineer swarm to try to reprogram it, and that becomes an opportunity for a trap. Still we need to be careful, the turret will still fire on us.

Not a bad idea.

I like it.

I don't know if laughing or crying is more appropriate here.

Darn! You engineers! Lying to the lovable turret like that! I can't wait to tell him that there is no "happy place" unless he means the ground in front of him? Lol then he will no longer shoot at me or my friends :D

+1 like from me too, since nobody can hack in Multiplayer.  (There are no characters with Sabotage, right?)
Nothing like making a swarm of ATs think twice about entering the area you're bunkered down in like one of their own turrets going bonkers.

I just want the a player with that turret programed for us. Allow us to Hack the Turret to attack all targets rather than just us. Would be more fun in game.

You'll be able to do that with the Sabotage ability in the full game. Then we can take our revenge back on them.
*assuming turret control* -evil smirk-
