They may not exist in your SP continuity (they don't in mine, at least for my main playthrough), but that doesn't mean they won't still be an option in MP.  Come on, you know you want to Cobra that Colossus right in the flashlight.

Aye but... It's not main story line either, it's a loyality mission that means it could or couldn't have happened. 

I assume they will be one of the many enmies will be able to fight and along with this, I expect to see, Blue Suns, Eclipese and the one that's controlled with Krogans, I can't remember the name... Gah... Erm... Ah bobbar.

I actually missed Colossus in the second game, not so many.
