Is there a way to enter into a quick match with your xbox live party?  Right now I have to search alone and then hope I get in a party that isnt full so I can invite my party.  I feel like there should be something similar to how gears does it where you have you party in a set up type lobby and then when you click quick match it pairs your party up with others.  I thought that's what create new match would do that but instead I just sit there with my party and plenty of public spots but never have anyone else join.   Is there already a solution that I'm overlooking?  If not could we please see this implemented?

I'd like this also, creating a lobby and watiting for people never seems to work.

To my knowledge there is no solution already for this in the demo. I pretty much did the same thing, joining games and dropping out until I found a group that was not full so I could invite my friend(s)/party. Even on PC, this is the same.

However, I'm hoping that the matchmaking will be done better in the retail version as there are a few problems with the demo matchmaking that others have brought up. Time will tell. Until the game gets released however, I don't think there's anything anyone on these forums can tell you, apart from a BW employee. But I would imagine a lot of the people that can do anything about this, are still hard at work on the game.

the only answer i can come up with is create a lobby set it to private and once everyone joins set it back to public.

I'm kind of glad to see PC users also having the same problem. Gives me higher hope that they will address it in the full game release. I feel like it shouldn't be too hard.

i think they way its supposed to work is you create a game and set to "public" then invite your friends and the empty slots will get filled up by other players searching for a game while your in the lobby. Its happened sometimes very fast and other times not at all. mostly never happens..

However this has happened before too which i cant explain..I dont even know how people ive never played with can even join our mission while were already in game playing. we have had randoms who weve never played before just show up and start playing in the middle of fight..While im happy to have another teammate to fill up the group not sure how they got in the game.

i guess public will dump players into your match even if youve already started the match..
