That would make more sense. Biotic/soldier hybrid and tech/soldier hybrid.
Sentinel is biotic/tech hybrid.

I dunno if it was just because of my player skills, but I found both ME1 and ME2 to be much easier with either the Infiltrator or Vanguard. It really helps to have some Combat abilities. Playing a Sentinel felt more like I was a support character instead of a lead character.

I was going for the biotic hybrids which hybrid is better though it is all opinionated.
