In the rewards screen all other medals replace the lower ranked medal.
Headshot medals do not.
E.g.
Gold medal for kills replaces Silver medal for kills.
Gold medal for headhots is in addition to Silver medal for headshots.
Bug: The post-match medals for headshots supplement instead of replace lower ranks
